Canada ETA Application Services

Please read the following items carefully before making use of our service. 
If you do not agree with the following conditions, we ask you to refrain from using our service to apply for Canadian eTAs. 

Applying over CANADA eTA Application Services does not guarantee the entry to Canada. The ultimate decision over the application will be made by the Canadian government and the local immigration officers at the airport. Furthermore, we do not guarantee the specified processing time as it may take longer due to individual screenings by the Canadian government, technical issues of the electronic system or other reasons. Hence, CANADA eTA Application Services cannot assure the approval of an eTA before a set departure date and does not take responsibility for any damages caused by a delayed or denied applications.

The eTA application submitted by the applicant over our website will be transmitted to the Canadian government for an application fee of $69USD with the information provided by the applicant. If the provided information in the application is incorrect or contains mistakes, it can have influence on the outcome of the application screening. Applicants shall make sure to submit correct details in their application and submit it in time. Should the application be denied or approved with a delay because of this reason, CANADA eTA Application Services will not take responsibility for the damages either.

In case an applicant made a mistake in the application or submitted incorrect details, the submitted application cannot be edited afterwards and needs to be reapplied to ensure the eTA gets approved and is valid. Should an application with incorrect data be approved anyways, it does not mean that the eTA is valid. Even if it was approved by the government, it can cause problems at immigration if data of the eTA and details in your travel documents differ. In worst case, your entry to Canada can be denied.
When you reapply for a Canadian eTA, your application will be updated in the Canadian governments electronic system with the information from the newest application. However, each reapplication will cost the same application fees as the first one as there are no refunds or cancellations possible.   

Once it is submitted to their system, the Canadian government receives the application fees and does not allow any refunds or cancellations for the application. For this reason, we as an application support service are unable to offer cancellation or refund options as well. 
However, in case you noticed a mistake in your application and contact us immediately, there may be a chance that your application can be canceled before transmitting to the government. In that case we could refund you up to 50% of the application fee.

All your submitted information will be encrypted and stored safely. Payment information like your credit card information is processed directly over an online payment processing center and cannot be accessed by us.

After submission of the eTA application, there may be requests from the Canadian embassy, the Ministry of Immigration or the Visa Center to submit additional documents like medical examination certificates or others.
In that case, we ask applicationd to respond promptly and submit the necessary documents over the governments website and communicate the additional application steps with the Canadian government by him or herself.


When an eTA application was approved and an eTA number was issued by the Canadian government, it is to be noted that this does not guarantee the entry to Canada. Ultimately, a Canadian immigration office will decide over the entry to Canada at the airport. 
When traveling to Canada, the applicant needs to hold the same passport or travel document at immigration in the Canadian airport with which the eTA was applied for. Should the applicant hold another travel document at immigration, he or she will need to reapply for a new eTA and pay the application fees again.

Services of this website end when an eTA is issued or if it is denied.
Regardless of the result of application, the paid eTA application service fee and the fee paid to the Canadian immigration office cannot be refunded.
